Slow Flow Yoga - NEW!
Slow Flow offers the same mindful sequencing and breath-to-movement connection as our traditional Flow class, but at a slower pace. This class is designed to help you move with intention through flowing transitions while allowing more time in each pose to deepen your awareness, build strength, and explore alignment. Longer holds offer the opportunity to refine your practice and cultivate a sense of calm and steadiness. This class can be tailored to your own pace, so all fitness levels will benefit. However, it is recommended that students in this class are able to get up and off the floor unassisted to participate.
