Prenatal Yoga is a supportive class designed to help you stay strong, comfortable, and connected during pregnancy. As a physical therapist and new mom, Sam brings both expertise and empathy to every session, focusing on posture, pelvic floor, hip/back relief, and breath work to ease stress and prepare for birth. Move through gentle, low-impact flows while connecting with other moms-to-be in a welcoming space. Safe for all trimesters and experience levels.
