This course will provide education on the confusing world of perimenopause and menopause. To date, there is a lack of information available to women on these topics. This class will aim to provide a clear understanding of the terminology used around menopause, review signs and symptoms of perimenopause/menopause that are frequently missed, dive into the updated literature findings on this topic, and provide tangible ways to thrive rather than merely survive menopause.
