Tracie Schendel has been a POUND Pro for the last 5+ years. She has made it her mission to assist others in finding joy through fun, fitness, and community in her 14 years as a Recreational Therapist and now, a fitness instructor. She finds it rewarding to assist those of all ages and abilities to overcome their emotional and physical barriers to lead healthy, meaningful lives.
