Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga
This class connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses that flow together. Both mental and physical wellness will be addressed with decreased stress and increased flexibility and strength. This class can be tailored to your own pace, so all fitness levels will benefit. However, it is recommended that students in this class are able to get up and off the floor unassisted to participate. All levels welcome!
