DASH Sports soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills training (dribbling, passing, shooting, & defense) and skill-based games. Players will receive instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided.

DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: Sprinting, javelin throwing, shotput, relay running, jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.

Enjoy the playground classic that combines the best of soccer and baseball. Players will practice kicking, catching, and base running in a spirited team environment. Students will strengthen coordination and reinforce teamwork.

Learn how to throw, catch, and work as a team in the fast-paced sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Fun scrimmages encourage both skill growth and sportsmanship. Students will develop endurance and cooperative play strategies.

Calling all dancers! Work on a routine, play games that enhance your dance skills, and fine-tune your dance technique. No previous dance experience is required. You’ll show off your routine the last 30 minutes of class on the final day (families welcome to attend!) and perform for your classmates at an all-school meeting. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes or dance shoes to class, and bring a water bottle each day. Fee includes a t-shirt. Indicate T-shirt size at registration. Please wear black dance pants or leggings with your Dance Team t-shirt for the final performance.
