Private Swim LessonsPrivate Swim LessonsLessons are 30 minutes Lessons are adapted to each child’s specific needs and abilities. The difference lies in the instructional approach. Our private and special needs classes teach the same skills as our other levels. These one-on-one lessons give students who respond better to direct instruction a higher chance of success in staying focused and learning how to stay safe in the water. They also open up more teaching methods that are difficult to implement in a group lesson. Both short and long term goals for these lessons are set with each family based on the abilities of the child. (Please note that this goal may not be reached within the session.) Group lessons are also adapted to each child’s specific needs so far as the setting allows. Instruction Instructors desire to work with the parents and student to allow the best chance for success. During lessons, instructors work on basic floating skills, then progress to techniques to move to safety, and finally work on refining the breathing and stroke technique. Safety Safety is the initial skill we teach in our classes. We make sure children are safe and comfortable in and around the water. Incorporating safety rules in each lesson is crucial so students know how to think and act in the many setting they can encounter water.Summer Swim Lessons 2026 -

Sibling Care for Step into Preschool ONLYCircle of Friends Preschool and PreKindergartenAt Circle of Friends, we believe that learning truly begins here — in relationships, play and joyful discovery. Starting preschool is an exciting milestone, and our caring, licensed teachers create welcoming classrooms where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. Through play, connection and intentional teaching, we support children's social emotional and academic development — building a strong foundation for success in school and in life. Our Preschool and PreKindergarten programs serve children who turn three or four years old on or before September 1st. Our Little Lakers (Step Into Preschool for 26/27) program is designed for children who turn three between September 2nd and December 31st and incorporates intentional parent education. Rooted in our belief that learning begins here, this model supports children as they practice independence and gentle separation, while also equipping caregivers with strategies to support social-emotional development, routines and learning at home. We use a whole child, play based approach that honors each child's unique strengths, interests and developmental needs. Our programming is aligned to the Minnesota Early Childhood Indicators of Progress (ECIPs) and guided by a district approved curriculum. Classrooms incorporate our district's E-STEM philosophy, encouraging curiosity, creativity and problem solving through hands-on learning. Our program is proud to hold a 4-start Parent Aware rating which reflects our commitment to high quality, developmentally appropriate early learning experiences.COF School Year 2026-2027 COF Preschool and PreKindergarten Site
