REGISTRATION
Priority Registration I Tuesday, February 11 (8 AM) - Friday, February 21 (11:59 PM) I Current families and families on the 24-25 school year waitlist
Open Registration I Monday, February 24 (8 AM) - until full
Registration is completed in arux.
After submitting your contract request, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received.
You will receive a second email confirmation if/when your contract is accepted.
If a site fills, all pending registrations will be offered placement at an open site. If all sites fill, all pending registrations will be moved to a waitlist and families will be notified. Families will be contacted if a spot opens.
Registration fees are paid once per season, per contract, and are non-refundable. Payment for these fees are automated and processed when the registration has been accepted. If you withdraw your child from the program and register again in the same season, you will pay an additional registration fee. Registration Fee - $75 / child
SCHEDULE OPTIONS AND RATES
Kids' Company requires a consistent schedule contract. You may choose a 3, 4, or 5-day schedule. Weekly schedules remain the same from week to week.
- 5-Day Schedule - $50 / day
- 4-Day Schedule - $55 / day
- 3-Day Schedule - $60 / day
FRI-YAY SCHEDULE
FRI-YAY contracts are perfect for 4th-6th graders looking to stay connected with friends over the summer, without attending multiple days each week. Pair this one-day-per-week schedule with your child's other youth camps, hobbies, or sports.
Friday, June 20 - Friday, August 15; Program closed July 4
- Eligible for 4th-6th graders only (fall of 25-26)
- Cannot be combined with any other schedules
- Off-site field trips will be offered each Friday
- Locations: Glendale, Jeffers Pond, Redtail Ridge, and WestWood Elementary
- $60 / day
Open registration begins February 24, 2025.
FRI-YAY contracts are still available for Glendale, Jeffers Pond, Redtail Ridge, and WestWood. Contact the Kids' Company office to get registered (952) 226-0375.
FIELD TRIPS
Pre-k - Kindergarten I One (on-site) field trip per week
Grades 1 - 6 I Two (off-site) field trips per week
- Field trip days will vary week to week.
- Google calendars with field trip information will be shared with registered families prior to the start of summer.
SUMMER 2025 THEME - THE AMAZING RACE
This summer, children will explore continents, countries, famous landmarks, delicious foods, and vibrant cultures from around the globe. Through interactive activities, games, and stories, young learners will discover the wonders of different countries and their unique traditions, helping them develop a love for learning about the world around them. Perfect for curious minds eager to travel the world without leaving the classroom!

VACATION DAYS
- You may request vacation days for dates your child is scheduled to attend Kids' Company. You are eligible for the same number of days as your weekly contracted schedule. For example, if your child attends 4 days per week, you are eligible for 4 vacation days.
- A credit will be added to your account for approved requested dates.
- You will only be contacted if there is an error or more information is required to approve your request.
- Vacation days require a 15-day notice and must be requested by completing the Vacation Request Form. This form will be available beginning April 1, 2025.
