PROGRAM INFORMATION

*** Grade levels are assigned by incoming grade in fall 26-27.  Program locations are subject to change.


REGISTRATION

Registration opens Tuesday, February 24 at 9:00 AM.
Priority registration provided to current families through Tuesday, March 3, space provided.

  • Registration is completed online. Click the 'Join the Fun' link below to register.
    • After submitting your contract request, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received. 
    • You will receive a second email confirmation if/when your contract is accepted.
    • If a site fills, all pending registrations will be offered placement at an open site.  If all sites fill, all pending registrations will be moved to a waitlist and families will be notified.  Families will be contacted if a spot opens.
    • Registration fees are paid once per season, per contract, and are non-refundable. Payment for these fees are automated and processed when the registration has been accepted. If you withdraw your child from the program and register again in the same season, you will pay an additional registration fee. Registration Fee - $75 / child

    SCHEDULE OPTIONS AND RATES

    Kids' Company requires a consistent schedule contract.  You may choose a 3, 4, or 5-day schedule.  Weekly schedules remain the same from week to week. 

    • 5-Day Schedule - $50 / day
    • 4-Day Schedule - $55 / day
    • 3-Day Schedule - $60 / day

    FRI-YAY SCHEDULE

    FRI-YAY contracts are ideal for 4th-6th graders who want to stay connected with friends throughout the summer.  This one-day-a-week option fits easily alongside your child's other camps, hobbies, or sports.

    • Fridays from June 12 - August 14, 2026, closed June 19, July 3
    • Locations: 
      • Hamilton Ridge Elementary
      • Redtail Ridge Elementary
      • WestWood Elementary
    • Off-site field trips will be offered each Friday
    • Eligible for 4th-6th graders only (fall of 26-27)
    • Cannot be combined with any other schedules
    • $75 / day

    FIELD TRIPS

    Field trip / on-site experience days will vary week to week. Google calendars with additional information will be shared with registered families prior to the start of summer.


    Pre-K

    • One weekly on-site experience
    Kindergarten

    • One weekly on-site experience
    • One off-site field trip per month

    Grades 1 - 6

    • One to two on-site experiences / off-site field trips per week

    VACATION DAYS

    Vacation days must be requested in advance by completing the Vacation Request Form. You will be contacted only if there is an error or additional information is needed. The form will be available online beginning April 1, 2026.

    You are eligible for vacation days equal to your child’s weekly schedule. For example, if your child attends four days per week, you are eligible for four vacation days. Your child’s contract must remain active through the final week of summer to qualify for a vacation invoice credit.

    A single invoice credit for approved vacation dates will be applied to your final summer invoice on August 14. Vacation credits will not be applied before that date.

    There's so many fun activities for them to do this summer, it's an impressive list of field trips!  Thanks for helping make it a fun summer for the kiddos!
