Each meeting covers a learning topic and self-regulation practice to develop your intuition and nurtured presence. Based on “The Nurture Revolution” book by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, the classes will prepare your mind and nervous system for the challenges of motherhood, because labor prep and nesting for baby only get you so far.
