Bridget Ische is a Senior Mortgage Banker with Guild Mortgage and has been helping people finance homes since 2005. With more than 20 years of mortgage experience, she is passionate about making home financing easier to understand and helping buyers feel confident about their options - whether they're purchasing their first home, their fifth, or simply trying to figure out where to begin.

Education is at the heart of Bridget's approach. She specializes in first-time homebuyer programs, down payment assistance, grants, and creative financing strategies, but believes the best mortgage isn't simply a loan program - it's the one that fits a buyer's goals, budget, and life.

Known for her straightforward, conversational style, Bridget loves taking the confusion and intimidation out of mortgages. Her goal is simple: give people honest information, answer their questions, and help them understand what's possible - without pressure or a sales pitch.

Bridget lives and works in the Prior Lake area and is deeply involved in the community through local organizations, schools, and volunteer leadership. She is a longtime Rotarian and currently serves on the Burnsville Rotary Board and the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce Board, along with supporting several other local and philanthropic organizations.
