Track and Field (Ages 6-12)

Skyhawks Track & Field combines technical technique development with safety and a major focus on fun. Athletes will learn several Olympic-style events such as the 50m and 100m Dash, 4X1 Relay, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, and more! Each athlete will have their recorded times and throws from each day to keep track of their improvement throughout the program. We teach sport-specific fundamentals along with footspeed, jumping, flexibility, range of motion, and more.
