Math-By-Mail: Middle/High School Prep (Entering Gr. 5-9)Summer - LearnMath-by-Mail is expanding its options to do math! How exciting! We continue to serve upper elementary through 9th grade. Not only are we offering our predetermined set of 8 packets, we will also offer an ala carte menu! Our added approach allows for individual choice regarding the skills and concepts students and parents can request to build math confidence. Still an 8 week course with a self paced approach! Student completed packets should be mailed (USPS) to Math-by-Mail. We will then provide feedback and return corrected packets to students via USPS. As always the goal of Math-by-Mail is to provide rich content to maintain mathematical understanding! Communication after the packets are sent out will be via email.CE Youth Summer 2026 -
Laker Learners Tutoring Summer (Gr. K-8)Tutoring (Gr. K-8)WaitlistPlease register for the waitlist - Laker Learners provides academic support for students through private and semi-private tutoring sessions. Help is available in all subjects with support from licensed teachers or non-certified staff. Students also build organizational skills and participate in enrichment activities, all in a welcoming, supportive environment. Please register for the waitlist by choosing the best tier option to fit your student’s needs — and watch their confidence grow! Once a tutor is assigned you will be confirmed and charged the fee for your selected tier. Tutoring requires a minimum of 4 sessions set in advance. Laker Dance Team Youth Clinic (Ages 5-15)Nights, Weekends & Non-School DaysT-shirts have been ordered, if you register after 10:00 am on 12/18 please wear a heather gray! Come and shake off the winter blues with the Laker Dance Team at the Prior Lake Dance Team Winter Youth Clinic. Learn a variety of skills along with a short routine from the Laker Dancers. Then, perform this routine at the Prior Lake Dance Team Community Show that evening. Parents, you are encouraged to invite other family members to see your child perform, as well as see performances by the Prior Lake Varsity, JV and B-Squad dance teams. The Community Show is a night that PLDT proudly performs their routines for the community as they prepare to make their way back to the State Dance Team Floor in February. Please wear comfortable clothing, lightweight tennis shoes or dance shoes, and bring a water bottle. Fee includes instruction from the dance team and coaches. Pizza lunch will be provided, Camp proceeds benefit the PLHS Dance Team. Register and provide a T-shirt size by December 18 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. 3D Printing: Nintendo Themed Characters (Ages 8-12)Summer - E-STEMBring your favorite video game worlds to life by creating Nintendo-inspired characters with TinkerCAD while learning essential 3D design skills. Students will model unique creations in three dimensions, experiment with shapes and structures, and transform their digital ideas into real objects using 3D printers. While prints are finishing, campers can join Nintendo-themed challenges and even design their own video games inspired by the characters they love. Each student will have two small printed projects sent home. Printing and material fees are included. Bring a USB drive on the last day.
